Mac Papers and Packaging, Inc. Acquires All Packaging Supplies

JACKSONVILLE, Florida (Jan. 2, 2013) – Mac Papers, Inc., Jacksonville, FL, announced it has acquired All Packaging Supplies, Inc., a premier distributor of industrial and food service packaging supplies located in Pembroke Park, FL. All Packaging Supplies sales representatives will begin working with the Mac Papers Miami and West Palm sales teams during the month of January.

New Distribution Facility in Nashville Now Open

Redd Paper Company Sells to Mac Papers and Packaging

ORLANDO, TAMPA, JACKSONVILLE, Florida (Nov. 11, 2011) — Redd Paper Company will sell its printing-paper distribution business to Mac Papers. According to a joint announcement made by Johnny Redd, President of Redd Paper Company and F. Sutton McGehee, CEO of Mac Papers.

“Our business is to serve the users of fine printing paper and packaging supplies,” said McGehee. “The addition of Redd’s printing-paper and packaging division will allow us to enhance our presence in the printing industry in Florida.”

“Mac Papers was the obvious choice to continue to serve our customers,” said Redd. “It, too, is a family-owned, independent paper distributor that cares about its customers and employees. That was very important to us.”

McGehee states that he expected a very smooth transition in merging Redd’s divisions into Mac Papers.
